Vienna Card 24h|48|72
All three Vienna Cards can be bought at our reception in the main house on Felberstrasse or in every tourist information. Apart from the possibility of using all public transportation in the Vienna 100 Zone, you also receive a discount book with reductions to 210 different places (such as museums, attractions or restaurants) when purchasing those cards. The Vienna Cards have the same conditions as the 24h hours ticket, from the moment you validate the ticket, you can use it 24h, 48h or 72 hours.
Every purchased Vienna card includes one child below the age of 15 for free, meaning that the child can use public transportion free of charge.
Bicycles
Price per bicycle per day: EUR 7,50
For only EUR 7,50 per day you can rent one of our Do Step Inn bicycles. The earliest pick up time is 7:00 a.m. at the front desk. Please note that renting bikes requires an ID or passport to be left at reception as a deposit. All rented bicycles need to be retunred by latest 10 p.m..
Please note that we only have a limited number of bicycles and that it is not possible to reserve them, therefore it may occur that all bikes are in use. However, there is also the option to rent the Vienna city bikes for 1 EUR per hour. The nearest city bike point is at the train station
Due to bad weather or cold weather, we may not rent the Do Step Inn bicycles on some days. We appreciate your understanding.
WiFi

Hotel: Free WiFi is available in the entire Hotel building.
Hostel: In the hostel building you can connect to the WiFi in the public areas (guest kitchen – downstairs in the building). Naturally, all our hostel guests are also welcome to hang out in the lounge, guest kitchen and garden of the hotel building and therefore connect to the WiFi there.

During reception hours you can pick up your personal VIP-account against a small charge (directly to be paid at the front desk).
- VIP-Internet for 2 hours: 2,80 EUR
- VIP-Internet for 6 hours: 6,80 EUR
Laundry and Iron – Service
Laundry:
We offer a laundry service for EUR 18,50 per (up to) 8kg. You can pick up a basket from the reception for your clothes or simply drop them off there directly. We will wash and tumble dry your clothes overnight. So if you bring us your laundry during the day, it will be ready for pick up the following morning. Please be aware that we do not seperate your laundry. We wash everything together at 30-40 degrees (celsius).
Ironing:
We have an iron-service with a charge of EUR 2,40 per piece. As ironing is not available around the clock, please make an inquiry at the reception if you need this service.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the room price but you can use our fully equipped guest kitchen 24 hours and the supermarket is just around the corner.
Daily, from 07:30 until 10:30 you can enjoy for EUR 7,90 per person our breakfast. Our buffet consists of:
- rolls, cake, bread, cereals
- jam, honey, nutella, butter
- cheese, ham, scrambled eggs
- fresh fruits
- coffee, tea, hot chocolate
In case of group bookings there may occur some waiting times in order to be seated. In case you are in a hurry please ask our receptionists the day before if there are reservations for the breakfast area.
In case you want to reserve a table for a special time, please also do this at our front desk the previous day. Please note that reservations for breakfast can only be made by groups of minimum 8 people.
Hotel-Bar
Our bar is open daily:
from 7:00 a.m. until midnight
During peak season opening times can change and the bar may be open until 2:00 a.m.. Please ask at the front desk for detailed information during zour stay.
Apart from a big variation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, we sell great italian coffee in Viennese style at our bar. Small snacks such as toast, special toast, sausages or ham and eggs can be bought there as well. Meet new people or simply hang out with your friend or familiy at our bar on the groundfloor in the hotel building (main building – next to the reception).
Fun Lounge
Opening times:
Our Fun Lounge is open continuously, however equipment for billiard and darts can only be used during reception hours and need to be returned by midnight.
Equipment:
Our Fun Lounge, equipped with billiard table and darts, is located in the main building, simply go downstairs next to the guest kitchen door. The Fun Lounge can be used for €5 per hour by all our guests (Hotel as well as Hostel guests). The necessary equipment (billiard sticks and darts) can be picked up at the reception.
